Terms and Conditions:      

  1. Each package is for 2 adults and 1 fully vaccinated dog (less than 30kg).  The second dog is charged at HK$2,800 for 7 and14 nights and HK$5,000 for 30 nights. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room.
  2. All rates listed above are inclusive of 10% service charge.
  3. Pets are allowed to enter the Hotel at G/F lobby and welcome to use outdoor area of PitStop, The Terrace and guest room on 3/F. Pet(s) are not allowed in other area within the hotel premises.
  4. Guests are liable for any damage or noise caused by the pet during their stay. Corresponding fee will be applied for any damage caused.
  5. Dogs must not be left unattended in room. Please keep dogs on leads or in cage at all times in all public areas.
  6. No bathing in the toilet for your pet(s) is allowed.
  7. Room cleaning service during the stay will be charged. Daily cleaning services are charged at HK$100 for Standard Room and HK$150 for Apartment.
  8. Guests can arrange room cleaning service at Hotel's reception. Dogs should not stay in the room during the cleaning session.
  9. All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and hotel confirmation. 
  10. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodating pet(s) that shows signs of aggression and the room rate will not be refunded.
  11. The hotel reserves the right to change or suspend this offer without prior notice.
  12. ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision in case of any disputes.
