Transfer service will be suspended when Typhoon No.8 or Black Rainstorm signal is hoisted.
Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. If seats are full, guests are advised to wait for the next bus or find alternative self-paying transportations to and from the hotel.
Passengers are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes in advance.
Passengers should line up to board the shuttle bus. Latercomer (s) should wait at the rear of the queue.
Hotel guests have priority access to shuttle bus services.
ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personnel belongings on the hotel shuttle bus.
