  2. Full payment must be made in advance, no refund / cancellation / early termination is allowed.
  3. HK$3,000 cash deposit is required upon check-in.

  5. A valid student identity card of college or university must be presented upon booking confirmation to qualify for the offer. Failure to do so will result in a supplement charge of HK$10,000 net per room for every 30-night stay.
