- On 5 December 2025, a special Sake Pairing Dinner will be held at Yat Heen, in collaboration with Taro Kumagai, the founder of La Jomon, a Junmai sake shop in Yamagata, Japan, to introduce the classic sake yeast No. 6, as well as signature Cantonese delights.
