In response to the cultural event, Chef Ricky Kong, Area Chinese Culinary Director of Royal Hotels, and Chef Bosco Li, Executive Chinese Chef of ALVA, are invited to participate in the Intangible Cultural Heritage promotion program, designing a series of exquisite Cantonese dishes inspired by Hong Kong’s intangible cultural heritage items and techniques, and taking you on a culinary adventure.
