Reminder: Hotel rooms are for accommodation and only a maximum of 4 persons are allowed to stay in every guest room. Do not hold any parties in guest rooms and guests should always maintain good personal and environmental hygiene in order to prevent the spread of pandemic and respiratory tract infections.

1. Guarantee Policy
   Full prepayment is required. Please present the same credit card used to prepay your booking upon check-in for verification purposes.
    
2. Cancellation Policy
   Reservation cannot be cancelled or amended once it is confirmed. Room rates are to be paid in full amount (excluded add-on services) at the time of booking. Payment for add-on services will be settled upon arrival.
    
3. A Smoke-Free Hotel
   Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.  Thank you very much for helping us to keep ALVA fresh and clean.
